Draft RFP Managed Print Services Provider

In preparation for the issuance of the Managed Print Services RFP, the Province is issuing the RFP in draft form for comments from potential Respondents. The Province is not seeking proposals at this stage. **The Draft RFP Process is facilitating the collection of respondent feedback and information only. The Province is not seeking proposals at this time.** The Province requires the services of a Managed Print Services Provider to act as the Province’s partner in the provision of multi-function print services to government departments and agencies, Nova Scotia Health (NSH), Regional Centres for Education (RCEs) and Conseil scolaire acadien provincial (CSAP). The intent for the outcome of this procurement would be the establishment of a multiyear service-based agreement encompassing the provision of all required devices and a range of support services required to maintain the operational functionality of the deployed equipment in each of the identified entities. This agreement will: · support a complex client environment addressing urban and rural, regular and critical business operations, health and school operations; · support an agile work environment addressing the changing use of print, fax and scanning technologies.
