INVESTMENT COUNSULTING SERVICES:

The Investment Consultant supports the Employee Benefit Plans Board of Trustees, the Committees, and 3sHealth in effectively managing the investments of the Employee Benefit Plan Trusts. The primary responsibilities of the Investment Consultant include (but are not limited to):

• Oversight of the investment fund managers to ensure compliance and specific quality, quantity and rate of return standards within acceptable risk levels.
• Research and recommend fund managers to ensure a diversified, well-managed investment portfolio is maintained at all times.
• Provide consultation on all matters relating to the investments of the Plans.
• Assist 3sHealth with the execution of fund manager contracts, capital calls, or other investment-related transactions or reporting requirements. Be available for informal meetings, questions, or information requests.
• Prepare and present quarterly investment performance reporting to 3sHealth, the Committees, and the Employee Benefit Plans Board of Trustees.
• Attend in-person fund manager presentations to 3sHealth and the Employee Benefit Plans Committee (minimum four in-person meetings per year).
• Complete the annual review of the SIP&P and SIP&G and present amendments for consideration by the Employee Benefit Plans Committee and the Employee Benefit Plans Board of Trustees.
• Prepare and present other industry relevant information, including education sessions, to 3sHealth, the Committees, and the Employee Benefit Plans Board of Trustees.
• Meet with 3sHealth quarterly to ensure that the conditions of the service agreement are being met.
