Request for Services - Saskatchewan’s Dashboard Support Services

This Request for Services (the “RFS”) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of ongoing maintenance, enhancements and support for the GOS’s enterprise citizen dashboard, known as “Saskatchewan’s Dashboard”, as further described in the RFS Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).  

Saskatchewan’s Dashboard is an enterprise tool owned and supported by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), Information Technology Division (ITD), Digital Citizen Experience team of the Citizen Centric Program Delivery Branch. It was created/launched in 2016 as a digital portal for Saskatchewan's economic indicators. The objective was to establish a one-stop place for citizens and organizations to access economic data. GOS ministries leverage the dashboard to display important data for citizens following the GOS approaches of One Government, leveraging an enterprise platform and Citizen Centric, designed for the citizen. The existing development and support contract for Saskatchewan Dashboard is expiring and the GOS intends to continue to have support for the Saskatchewan’s Dashboard, ensuring that citizens and organizations have access to the dashboard. The objective of this competition is to ensure support, development, and enhancements to the Saskatchewan’s Dashboard, maintain the current dashboard, allow launching new sections and indicators, and bring continuous improvements to how the data is shared with citizens.
