RM of Keys No. 303 - Bridge to Culvert Replacement 2023

Sealed Bids will be received by the Engineer via email to awyatt@wyattengineering.ca with subject line “BID: RM of Keys Bridge to Culvert Replacement – Bidder Name”, up to 2:00 pm, C.S.T., Tuesday, April 2, 2024.

The work is estimated to include:

• Remove and dispose of 2, 12 m span timber bridges;
• Supply and install 5 - 19 m 1800 mm diameter polymer laminated CSP culverts;
• Supply and install 3 - 21 m embedded 3000 mm diameter polymer laminated CSP culverts;
• Supply and install Type 2 rip rap;
• Construct grid road;
• Water management for fish-bearing water; and
• Site rehabilitation.

All aggregate and clay materials to be utilized in the execution of the Work is to be sourced, supplied, tested and verified compliant and hauled to Site by the successful Bidder. The Bidder shall schedule the Work such that the Work is started no sooner than July 1, 2024.

An optional site meeting will be held on March 22, 2024 at 10:30 am, C.S.T., meeting at the RM of Keys Office at 203 Main Street in Canora, SK.

Bids must be accompanied by a Letter of Consent issued by a duly licensed Surety Company AND a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Estimated Amount made payable to the Owner. The Bidder is to provide their Certificate of Recognition (COR) or equivalent Letter of Good Standing from another province.

Bids will be evaluated based on the Bidders Total Score per the following breakdown:

Mandatory documents are submitted (Pass/Fail);
References (30 Points);
Completion date on or before October 1, 2024 (5 Points); and
Bid Price (65 Points).

The lowest or any Bid will not necessarily be accepted.
