2023 Tender - SUV Fleet Replacement NORTHLANDS COLLEGE

Northlands College invites your proposal the provision of Five (5) All Wheel Drive/4-Wheel Drive, Plug-in Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) as part of Northlands College’s Fleet Replacement.

Final proposals should be emailed to Tenders@Northlandscollege.sk.ca on or before August 8th 2023 at 12pm. Accepted proposal will be determined by August 8th 2023 each respondent will be notified of the outcome on or before 5pm on August 8th, 2023.

Additional Information

The successful proponent shall provide the following:
• Five (5), New - All Wheel Drive or, 4-Wheel Drive, Plug-in Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs). • Each Plug-in Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) to include, multi-coloured vinyl (body panel) wrapping (Note: Northlands College branded design to be approved by college’s marketing and strategic communications department).
• Each Plug-in Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) to be delivered with One (1) set of 4 rims with All Weather M+S tires (10 ply).
• Each Plug-in Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) to be delivered with One (1) set of 4 rims with Winter tires (10 ply).
• Each Plug-in Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle to be delivered with three sets of keys. • Each Plug-in Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle to be delivered with Active Blindspot Detection, Active Cruise Control, Rear Camera and Lane Keeping Assistance.
• Each Plug-in Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) shall have a minimum 18.5 kWh Lithium-ion main drive battery.
• Each Plug-in Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) shall be covered by a minimum 7 year 125,000km bumper to bumper warranty. • Delivery shall be completed no later than September 30th 2023.
• The successful bidder will be required to supply their own insurance, staffing and workers compensation and liability insurance (where required).
