Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tiers “ 3, 4, and 5 ” (= $0-$2M ) streams IM/IT Services, Business Services Class and Project Management Services.

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for:

I.5 IM Architect (level 3), B.7 Business Transformation Architect (level 3)

and P.2 Enterprise Architect (level 3)

Description of the requirement:

• This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Library and Archives Canada for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply.
• Bidders must propose one (1) representative resource for the following resource categories under Workstream 3: IM/IT Service, Workstream 4: Business Transformation Architect and Workstream 5: Project Management Services.
• I.5 IM Architect (level 3); B.7 Business Transformation Architect (level 3) and P. 2 Enterprise Architect (level 3).One (1) resource in the resource category I.5 IM Architect (level 3) will be evaluated; one (1) resource in the resource category B.7 Business Transformation Architect (level 3) will be evaluated and one (1) resource in the resource category P.2 Enterprise Architect (level 3) will be evaluated.It is intended to award one contract for a one (1) year period, plus an irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract for one (1) additional one (1) year period.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016 (estimated, depending on contract award date).
