Rehabilitation of the 2nd Concession Sewer and Holland Landing West Control Valve Chamber

The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-1893-24:

The electrical portion of the Work must be completed by one of the following electrical subcontractors prequalified under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-1893-24.

• Lexsan Electrical Inc.
• Multitech Trades Corp.
• Selectra Inc.
• Sheridan Electric Services Ltd.

The mechanical portion of the Work must be completed by one of the following mechanical subcontractors prequalified under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-1893-24.

• Kingdom Construction Limited
• Multitech Trades Corp.
• Trade-Mark Industrial Inc.

Any bids received from bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK -  The Region is inviting Bids from the prequalified bidders for the Rehabilitation of the 2^nd Concession Sewer and Holland Landing West Control Valve Chamber , as further set out in Appendix C - Form of Contract. 

MEETING: A non-mandatory virtual meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 commencing at 2:00 p.m. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website before or after the information meeting. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• DEPOSIT:  All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Appendix E and F.
• OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: Any bids received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFT Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration.
