Mill Lakes Watershed Upgrades – New Intake Screen and Structure Repairs

The scope of the project consists installation of a new raw water intake screen and repairs to existing concrete structures around the Windsor Water Treatment Plant (WTP) within the Mill Lakes Watershed. The work includes the supply and installation an end-of-pipe screen, air-burst screen cleaning system, steel plate, piping, fittings, flanges; repairs to existing concrete structures including patching and crack repairs; and supply and installation of new guard rails. The work also includes isolation of the instream work areas and bypassing of flows around the work areas, including the provision of bypass pumping.
