RFP Audio Visual Equipment for Meeting Rooms

The objective of this RFP is to enhance collaboration and support flexible workstyles by upgrading meeting room audiovisual (A/V) equipment in WCBNS Halifax and Sydney offices to meet the requirements of hybrid meetings. By investing in modern A/V equipment, the project aims to improve meeting quality, increase productivity, and facilitate seamless integration between in-office and remote participants. Locations: The WCBNS has two locations in Nova Scotia: 1.5668 South Street in Halifax 2.404 Charlotte Street, Suite 200, in Sydney Meeting Room List: The following meeting rooms, and their approximate dimensions, are included in this project scope: Halifax: 1. MacLean Room A & B – 25’ X 52’ (Note 1: room is in-scope if needs assessment determines an equipment upgrade is required, Note 2: room has a screen/wall that can be pulled out to separate the space into 2 rooms) 2. Dartmouth Room – 12’ X 24’ 3. Halifax Room - 20’ X 32’ 4.Nova Scotia Room - 19’ X 26’ 5. Eastern Shore Room – 12’ X 20’ Sydney: 1. meeting Room (to be confirmed – this site is currently being evaluated for relocation)
