Group Employee Life and Long-Term Disability Benefit Program

The Board is seeking to retain the services of a Life and Long Term Disability Insurer to meet the specific needs of its employee and family members. The program is to be made available to eligible employees, board members and dependents effective December 1, 2023. The Board has mandated Mercer (Canada) Limited to assist with the RFP process and the selection of the Insurer therefore proponents submitting response to this RFP should provide clear indication, prior to their submission, in the event they have any concerns with Mercer (Canada) Limited receiving and reviewing various aspects of their proposals (including financials). The Board has partnered with their existing Life and Long Term Disability provider since 2004.
