HVAC Energy Upgrades Various Town Owned Buildings

The Town of New Glasgow is accepting tenders from qualified General Mechanical Contractors specializing in HVAC systems for energy upgrades to equipment at various Town owned buildings. Work is described in contract drawings and specifications and all buildings are within the Town of New Glasgow. The Town of New Glasgow requests that you deliver your completed tender in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “HVAC Energy Upgrades –Various Town Owned Bldgs.”, to the attention of Earl J. MacKenzie, P.Eng., Dir of Eng/PW, 235 Park Street, New Glasgow, NS B2H 5B7, on or before Thursday, June 6th, 2024 at 3:00pm. Electronic tenders will be accepted. Submissions will also be accepted by secure email to engineering@newglasgow.ca. Contractors are to provide additional supporting documentation as described in the tender documents. A coordinated pre-tender site visit will be arranged on May 27th, 2024. Email engineering@newglasgow.ca , no later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 23th, to register for the site visit. The Town of New Glasgow reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to accept any tender deemed to be in the best interests of the Town. The Town of New Glasgow also reserves the right to waive any formality, informality, or technicality in any proposal.
