EQUIPMENT PURCHASE 4 WD 3/4 Ton Truck and Snow Plow

The Municipality of Digby will be accepting tenders for one 4 WD 3/4-ton truck complete with a heavy-duty towing package and snow plow prep package with snow plow included and installed. Tender forms and specifications may be picked up at the Municipality of Digby, 12548 Hwy. 217, Digby, during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, or by contacting Tyler Pulley, Manager of Municipal Services, at tpulley@digbymun.ca or 902-245-5331. Tenders must be received by 12 Noon local time, Monday, May 29, 2023. Tenders will be opened publicly at that time. All tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Equipment Purchase – 4 WD 3/4 Ton Truck and Snow Plow.” The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, and not necessarily accept the lowest tender or any tender which it may consider not to be in its best interests. The Municipality of Digby also reserves the right to waive formality, informality, or technicality on any tender.
