Repairs and Repointing of Masonry Wall, South Stairwell, South Face, Kenneth C. Rowe Management Buil

This project principally includes for the total rake out & repointing of the mortar joints at the masonry wall that is a simulated stone dressed face and simulated stone rock split face located at the south facing stairwell wall elevation and part return wall sections at the west and east elevation stairwell walls, removals and replacement of all the vertical expansion/control joints, and wall cleaning. In addition, the owner requires that a sealer be applied to the wall surfaces.
