Virtual Healthcare Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Interuniversity Services Incorporated (“ISI”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for virtual healthcare services. The deliverables of this request are for virtual healthcare services for use by ISI participating members on an as required/requested basis. Services generally include primary health care support by a health professional (such as physician or nurse practitioner) that can address questions or concerns from plan members. This would include, but not be limited to; intake assessment, consultation with appropriate clinical response and follow up (continuity of care), delivered to members through, a variety of modalities such as, phone call, chat, mobile application or desktop site.
