Answer: We can unload drums if they are secured on a pallet.
Question: In the specifications, at article 5, you mention that for 2502, route 102, Lincoln, NB aviation gasoline may be required. Would the supply of this product be negotiated outside the contract and only when fuel is required?
Answer: This reference was an error and is not intended to be included in the tender. The specifications have been corrected.
Question: Do bidders need to include the excise tax, provincial fuel tax and carbon fee in our quoted price per litre?
Answer: Yes

Is the delivery delay negotiable? Routine delivery for Lincoln Road 1 day delivery delay may be acceptable, delivery for fire use delay is not acceptable. Drum Delivery to regent street within 24 hrs.

SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of aviation fuel as per the Description information below and the attached specification document. This Estimated Quantity Contract is intended to be for the supply and delivery of aviation fuels on an as and when required basis.
This contract shall extend for a period of two (2) years from the issuance of the purchase order until May 31, 2025, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increments upon written agreement by both parties.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid(s) for each item which meets or exceeds the requirements detailed within the attached Specification document for all Items of the tender document. The Province intends on awarding to one or multiple vendor(s), if deemed in the best interest of PNB.
VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND DATE THEIR BID IN THE SPACE PROVIDED BELOW
