25 CU. YD. REAR END LOADER (GARBAGE TRUCK)

GENERAL TERMS
Tender submissions must be dated and signed by an authorized signing authority.
Only one copy of these documents shall be submitted on the forms supplied by Hampton.
Only the names of the Supplies submitting a proposal will be read out at the closing time and date.

INTRODUCTION
Hampton is tendering for the supply and delivery of a 25 Cu. Yd. Rear End Loader (Garbage Truck). Hampton reserves the right to order a second 25 Cu. Yd. Rear End Loader (Garbage Truck) with the same specification and at the same tendered price within 90 days of the original tender being awarded.


TENDER SUBMISSION
1. Tender submissions shall be in a sealed envelope clearly showing: Tender # (HAM-PWU-2023-04) with the Tender Closing Date and Time (APRIL 26, 2023 AT 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME) and the Company's name on the front of envelope and addressed as follows:

Hampton 648 Main Street, PO Box 1066, Hampton, NB E5N 8H1

2. Tenders must be forwarded to Hampton no later than the closing date and time.

3. Suppliers shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submissions in the manner and time prescribed.

4. All tenders delivered to Hampton shall be dated and recorded. It is the responsibility of the Supplier to ensure that his quotation is in possession of the Director of Communications & Legislative Services before the closing date.

5. Submissions must be in English only or in English and French.
