Description of Procurement: 
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Toronto Police Service (TPS) to engage prospective and qualified psychological practices to submit proposals for the provision of professional services of Clinical Psychologists to support TPS’s Talent Acquisition (TA); the unit responsible for the planning, recruitment, deployment, reclassification and promotion of both uniform and civilian employees. For more information, refer to section 5 of this RFP. Interested proponents will provide technical and pricing proposals as per sections 1.2 and 7. For information on intention of award, refer to section 2.13.

Yes.

Delivery Schedule for Goods or Services OR Contract Duration:
The term of the contract(s) for the provision of services shall commence upon award for a base term of two (2) years, whereby TPS reserves the right to renew the contract for an additional three (3) separate one (1) year periods.

Piggyback (if applicable):
The TPSB/TPS may, upon request, permit other public bodies and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any part of the contract which may result from this RFP. Proponents are requested to indicate on the Pricing Submission form if they will extend the pricing, terms and conditions of this proposal to other government agencies including PCPG, if the proponent becomes the successful services provider. If the successful proponent agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a contract with the successful proponent for the purchase of services described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the proponent. Minor changes in terms and conditions may be negotiated by participating agencies. Please note copies of the proponents submission may need to be provided to the interested agency (in confidence) in order to review prior to participating.
