Description of Procurement
The University is conducting a Request for Proposals for roofing contractor services for the reroofing of the Architecture Building located at 325 Church Street, Toronto and Eric Palin Hall (EPH) located at 87 Gerrard Street, Toronto, as further described in Appendix B.
The University intends to execute a Stipulated Price Contract, CCDC 2 - 2020, as amended by the University’s Supplementary Conditions provided in Appendix E.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The Minimum Passing Score for Stage 2: Technical is 21 Points out of 35 Points.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is approximately twelve (12) months or the completion of the project, whichever is longer, followed by the warranty period. The substantial completion of the project is expected to be on or before December 2024.
