Description of Procurement
The University is conducting a Request for Proposals for Residence Cleaning and Custodial Services for the University’s student residence buildings for Housing & Residence Life as further described in Appendix B.

The University intends to execute a Master Services Agreement provide in Appendix E.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The Minimum Passing Score for Stage 2: Technical is 49 Points out of 70 Points.

Contract Details

The term of the Final Agreement is 3 years, plus two optional renewal periods of 1 year each, at the discretion of the University.
