Shared Health has reason to believe that only the Intended Supplier is able to provide these specific Products.  The purpose of this Request is to confirm that there is no competition for these Products.

Any Response submitted to this Request will not be considered binding.  

All costs and any liabilities incurred by a respondent including (without limitation) those associated with the preparation of a Response to this Request will be borne entirely by the respondent.
