Full Title: Professional Consulting Services for the Review and Assessment of Municipal Servicing for Water, Sewer and Land drainage Development 

D10.        SCOPE OF SERVICES

D10.1      The Services required under this Contract shall consist of a study to compare how the 
City provides information on current water and sewer infrastructure capacities against other cities 
and to identify areas of improvement.

D10.2      The Services required under this Contract shall consist of the following phases and as 
outlined in D11 to D16 in accordance with the following:
(a)   Project Management in accordance with D11;
(b)   Internal Development Application Process Review in accordance with D12;
(c)    Market Scan Analysis in accordance in accordance with D13;
(d)   Development of Process Improvement Options in accordance D14;
(e)   Final Report in accordance with D15; and
(f)    Additional Work Allowance in accordance with D16.

D10.3      The Services required shall be in accordance with the City’s Project Management Manual

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Consultant is being engaged by the City for their professional 
expertise; the Consultant shall bring to the Consulting Contract Administrator’s attention any 
aspect of the City’s Project Management Manual or templates which the Consultant is of the opinion 
is not consistent with good industry practice.

D10.4      The funds available for this Contract are $400,000.
