Project Management Services, Southern Interior Region

 The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (the "Ministry") is requesting qualifications from consultant project management companies to provide project management services which comprises of mentorship and technical and administrative support for the delivery of Assigned Projects in the Southern Interior Region over a period of 36 months. The Consultant will provide all services on an "as and when required" basis. The Consultant shall not be entitled to a minimum guarantee of work in association with any Contract that may be issued from the Solicitation. Under such arrangements the Consultant is essentially "on call". The maximum of aggregate total fees for Qualified Respondents who may be invited to enter into a Contract from the Solicitation will be $3,000,000.00 inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and charges, if any (exclusive of GST) .
Each Project Assignment will address improvements, typically medium to large size in nature, associated with the provincial highway system. The purpose of this SURFQ is to determine if there are qualified suppliers (Qualified Respondents) interested in providing the services to carry out this assignment.
Interested suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this SURFQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined if they will pre-qualify and be shortlisted as Qualified Respondents to be eligible to put in a Proposal to a subsequent Solicitation, if any. Only Qualified Respondents will be sent and may respond to a subsequent Solicitation, if any.
Ultimately, the Ministry intends to select up to five of the eight shortlisted Qualified Respondents, based on the evaluation of a subsequent Solicitation, if any, to enter into a Contract to provide project management services.
