This work includes the CM providing input into the detailed design services, then conducting sub-trade/product procurement activities. Upon completion of all pre-construction phase services, it is the District’s intent to convert the Construction Contract to a CCDC2 Stipulated Sum Contract, using the Stipulated Price Option in CCDC5B.
