Architectural and Prime Consultant Services for Eldon Park Childcare and Field House Building

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified Architectural firms to provide the scope of services defined herein, which includes planning, design services and coordination of all sub-consultant services that may form the project team in the capacity of “Prime Consultant” for the District’s Eldon Park Childcare and Field House project.  Proponent submissions (“Proposals”) will form the basis for evaluation, interview and selection. Demonstrated past experience with Childcare and Park buildings will be considered favourably in selecting a Consultant.
