The term of the contract will be from award to March 31, 2025. The Contract contains an ‘option to renew’ clause whereby the Ministry reserves the right to extend but is under no obligation to extend the Contract for a further term of up to 12 months, to a maximum of five terms, subject to funding and satisfactory performance of the Contractor.
