Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Attorney General is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Lexum Informatique Juridique Inc. (the “Supplier”).
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
Provide the online service Decisia that will allow the 19 administrative tribunals and regulatory boards administratively accountable to the Ministry of Attorney General to manage, publish and provide access to legal information and decisions.
The Tribunals and Agency Support Division of the Ministry of Attorney General provides support and oversight for administrative tribunals and regulatory boards while exploring opportunities to find efficiencies and promote best practices within the sector. An online service that will allow administrative tribunals and regulatory boards manage, publish and provide access to legal information and decisions removes current administrative burdens, improves accessibility and readability and ultimately provides access to justice for British Columbians.
