Civic Centre Phase 2: Leigh Square and Donald Pathway

The Owner invites tenders for:
The Work, which is described in the Tender Documents and is to be performed in accordance with all the requirements contained in the Tender Document, is generally described as follows:
Renewal of Leigh Square located at Shaughnessy St. and McAllister Ave. in the City of Port Coquitlam. The works consist of;
• Removal and disposal of existing hardscape and softscape elements of the square including the existing band shell structure
• Site grading
• Supply and installation of;
o Drainage improvements
o New precast concrete plaza paving and other hardscape elements
o New trees, shrubs and sod law
o New irrigation
o New site furniture
o New site lighting and related electrical system improvements
o New Pavilion
o New Fountain
o Modifications to an exterior portion of City Hall
o Roadway improvements including curbs, asphalt, multi-use pathway, new lighting a RRFB signal
