Description
This ITT is an invitational solicitation run via one of BC Housing’s region-specific prequalified rosters for Prime Contractors. This second stage ITT has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Bidders listed below.
Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in the bidding process and attend the mandatory site visit.

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: Monday, March 25, 2024
Time: 10:00 a.m. PT
Location of Site Meeting: 999 Noons Creek Drive, Port Moody
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes Building Envelope Remediation and as further set out at Appendices:

The project is slated to begin construction Spring 2024, as soon as possible.

For the complete scope of work, please refer to the Project Manual in Appendix E. The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Replacement of all existing stucco-clad wall assemblies with new rainscreen stucco-clad wall assemblies, per the Project Manual;
- Replacement of existing concrete block-clad wall assemblies at the gymnasium with new rainscreen concrete block-clad wall assemblies, per the Project Manual;
- Replacement of all exterior windows and doors with new double-glazed aluminum-framed windows, double-glazed aluminum-framed storefront doors, and insulated hollow metal doors, per the Project Manual;
- Replacement of existing SBS roofing membrane, drains, cap flashing, and other components within built-in gutters at the perimeter of the sloped metal roof, per the Project Manual.
The project is slated to begin construction Spring 2024, as soon as possible.
