Description
Through this Request for Proposals the Province seeks to engage a Prime Consultant and consultant team to conduct a study to identify the current condition of all building systems at 211 Gore complex which includes 211 Gore Avenue, 265 & 275 East Cordova Streets and 250 Powel Street in Vancouver. The Consultant Team will prepare a Feasibility Report including Options Analysis and make recommendations with 3 options to improve performance and optimize energy consumption to reduce Green House Gases (GHG) emissions.
The Prime Consultant will lead the Consultant Team and will be required to provide the services as described within this RFP.
The Consultant Team will work under the direction of a Development Manager assigned by the Province, as represented by the Ministry of Citizens’ Services.
