*Site Tour scheduled for July 20th, 2022 at 10:00am PT held at 4201-6th Avenue, Port Alberni, BC.*
4201-6th Avenue is an Island Health leased facility of approximately 3,759 square feet.
The site is operated by Island Health hosting Renal Dialysis and Public Health Services. The successful Proponent may have interactions with clients and/or members of the community that are on the property upon arrival and departure of their shift in a friendly yet professional manner, while being aware of the safety protocols.
The services outlined below are required effective September 1, 2022. The term of this contract will be for three (3) years with a renewable two (2) year term for a maximum of five (5) years.
