NRFP 1618 - Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Services

The list of locations for scheduled maintenance currently has 35. The list is subject to change over time. Aside from scheduled maintenance, services may be required for project work and/or emergency calls after hours.ICBC’s Facilities Operations department will manage and monitor the service agreement with the selected Proponent. The contractor will be expected to respond to requests for services from the Facilities Operations department. Work may be performed during working hours or after working hours as directed by the ICBC representative.
