Salary Scale Update

The College is partnering with a number of colleges established under the British Columbia Health Professions Act (HPA) on this project. Those colleges include the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia, College of Dietitians of British Columbia, College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia, College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia, College of Opticians of British Columbia, College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia, College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia Colleges (collectively the “Regulatory Colleges”).

In order to best serve their employees, it is the commitment of the Regulatory Colleges to ensure that each of their staff compensation policies enable them to attract, develop and retain high quality employees to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

The Regulatory Colleges are seeking proposals from a qualified vendor to assist with an update to compensation framework including existing salary grids and establish a comparison between similar positions in like‐sized regulatory and not‐for‐profit organizations.
