Description
Interested Suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this MULRFQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined whether they are eligible to be added to
the Ministry’s Multi-Use List of Qualified Suppliers of Grain and Oilseed Grading throughout British Columbia. On a non-exclusive “as, if and when requested” basis, Qualified

Qualified respondents must be capable of conducting and documenting the grading as defined by Canada Grain Regulations and the Canadian Grain Commission’s Official Grain Grading Guide, and will include the following services:
a) Receiving and processing grain and oilseed samples;
b) Determining dockage, test weight, moisture percentage, and grade for grain
and oilseed samples, to the standards set by the Canadian Grain Commission;
c) Recording and reporting the results of the grading by sample;
d) Remitting reports on an ongoing and timely basis.
The List of Qualified Suppliers will be in effect until January 31, 2028, unless otherwise extended as described in section 5. The option to extend the bidder’s list is solely at the discretion of the province.
