Strategic and Solution Consulting & Implementation Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (“BCLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Strategic and Solution Consulting and Implementation Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). BCLC is the Crown corporation that conducts and manages commercial gaming in the Province of British Columbia in accordance with the Gaming Control Act (BC) and the Criminal Code of Canada. BCLC is seeking qualified proponents that have the capacity and capability to resource strategic and solution consulting and implementation services-based projects in a “team” capacity, rather than on an individual consultant basis. A “team” constitutes more than one individual from the same firm providing resources to complete a project. BCLC has a wide variety of business needs and seeks proponents with both depth and breadth of consultancy experience to work collaboratively with BCLC to support future projects, on an as required basis. Strategic and Solution Consulting may include but is not limited to, strategy development, strategic advice, guidance on newly developed strategies, identifying and evaluating challenges and opportunities, definition of outcomes, design of road maps to support implementation of desired capabilities. Implementation Services may include but is not limited to implementing strategy, system design, implementation of complex systems, launch of new software and features, workflow automation, process mapping, requirements gathering, provision of solutions and services for processes.
