Vendors that already hold a letter of success with the CBRE as a result of the previously issued do not need to respond to this RFQ, unless they wish to offer additional services or zones of work. ***

CBRE Limited (CBRE) (“Manager”) has entered into strategic alliance with the Province of British Columbia (“Client”) to provide property management operations, and maintenance services for the Client’ portfolio. CBRE is seeking service provider(s) for Contractor Services for any current or future projects. Proponents will be qualified to join the Vendor of Record (VOR) program, from which they will be selected to perform work as required.

CBRE has prepared this RFQ and is authorized to distribute, evaluate, award, and negotiate Contractor Services performed as a management agreement.
               
The objective of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to collect qualitative and quantitative information necessary to assess your organization’s ability to provide CBRE solutions that best supports the Province of BC existing building facilities infrastructure and address the areas defined in Appendix F.
