1.2 Purpose
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for converting the Richmond Hospital (RH) sleep lab to patient rooms. the Richmond Hospital Sleep Lab is permanently closed with service now moved to UBCH Sleep Lab. In order to increase the number of acute inpatient beds at Richmond Hospital, sleep lab is required to be renovated to create the appropriate space for Inpatient beds.
The scope of this project is to convert the sleep lab to two 4 beds patient room and includes: Demolition, new walls and ceiling, patient headwall, patient lift and associated electrical and mechanical work.

This site visit is mandatory. Attendance is required for key personnel from each Bidder (GC is the Prime Bidder) so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed. Mechanical and Electrical may wish to attend as well. |
