Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested by Public Tender in regard to Fraser River Middle School Classroom Renovation, 800 Queens Avenue, New Westminster, BC, V3M 0J2.
The following tenders will be accepted at the offices of the Construction Manager not later than 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, February 15, 2024:
C-002 Doors, Frames – Supply
C-003 Steel Stud / Insulation / Gypsum Wallboard
C-004 Acoustic Ceilings T-Bar, Re & Re
C-005 Resilient Flooring – Installation only
C-006 Painting
C-007 Tackboards - Supply
C-008 Mechanical
C-009 Electrical
The project consists of the conversion of 377 m2 of existing neighbourhood learning center space to instructional space. Demolition of existing kitchen and bathroom, including plumbing and millwork. Demolish and build new partition walls to meet standard instructional space sizes. Reconfigure plumbing and sprinkler to meet current building code. Repair and replace flooring and ceiling tile and modification / addition of existing wiring. The project encompasses demolition, flooring, steel studs and GWB, doors, millwork, painting, and T-bar ceiling work.
