Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract (Appendix A) with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to upgrade the Vancouver Convention Centre (“VCC”) West Hall B Servery, located on the Exhibit level in the VCC West building (the “Project”).
It is anticipated that the contract will commence on February 7th, 2024. Substantial Performance of the Work for the renovation of the West Hall B Servery, is to be completed by March 19, 2024. All Deficiencies Completed, by March 26, 2024, with final inspection competed by March 26, 2024.
Proponent must attend one of the site visits offered at the following time:
January 11, 2024 – 10:00 am – 11:30 am
January 12, 2024 – 1:00 pm – 2:30pm
Proponent must submit Appendix D- Proponent Registration Form to receive the site visit details and Proponent Package.
