Description
This ITT is an invitational solicitation run via one of BC Housing’s region-specific prequalified rosters for Prime Contractors. This second stage ITT has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Bidders listed below. Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in the bidding process and attend the mandatory site visit.

Location of Site Meeting: 1007-3rd Avenue, Prince George
Subcontractor Attendance is Optional.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes sprinkler system installation, mechanical upgrades, electrical upgrades and interior renovations and as further set out at Appendices:
The subject property is a wood frame building constructed in 1951 and renovated in 2020/2021. The gross floor area of the building is 6,682 sq feet with 3,330 sq ft on the main floor and 3,382 sq ft on the second floor. In addition, the unfinished basement has an area of 3,300 square feet.
The project scope of work consists of the following:
