The City of Prince Rupert (the "City") is seeking proposals from qualified proponents (the "Proponents") in response to this request for proposals (the "RFP") for the provision of the Services to be carried out within the schedule provided by the Construction Manager to the City, and accepted by the City, pursuant to the Agreement, and if applicable, the performance of the Work, to be carried out in accordance with the Construction Contract, for the conversion of a former car dealership into a new Public Works office building (the "Project").
The City has signed a lease for the property at 1001 Chamberlin Avenue, Prince Rupert, British Columbia for the purpose of relocating Public Works personnel and operations to that site.

The City intends to enter initially into a Construction Management for Services Agreement with the Successful Proponent, and at its sole discretion, the City may proceed with converting the Construction Management Services Agreement directly into a Stipulated Price Construction Contract (CCDC-2 2020) as amended by the City’s supplementary conditions.

Date: July 12, 2023
Time: 2:00 pm July 12, 2023

A written summary of the responses to questions raised during the Information Meeting will be distributed to all Proponents at the discretion of the City through BC Bid.
