The Community Recovery Manager (CRM) plays a critical role in leading or supporting disaster recovery activities for affected community(ies) following a disaster, helping manage the transition from response to recovery and leading or supporting short medium and long term recovery efforts. The CRM will work with, among others, community leadership and staff, Emergency Support Services (ESS) Teams, building inspectors, the health sector, the insurance sector, Emergency Management and Climate Readiness (EMCR), Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), and private citizens such as volunteers and those impacted directly by the event. A key deliverable for the CRM is the creation of a community recovery plan to inform ongoing recovery activities. | March 2023 | June 2023 |
