Castlegar Mini Storage Site Shelter Renovation

Brief Description of Work
The work includes Mini Storage Site Shelter Renovations and as further set out at Appendices:
The successful Bidder shall collaborate with an Architectural consultant (and their design method consultants) and any BC Housing/Owner procured 3rd party consultants.
The Bidder will be a construction firm with significant experience in all types of construction. The Bidder must possess sufficient resources and depth of experience to effectively undertake all delivery aspects of the Project, and to provide timely, comprehensive, and high-quality deliverables.
BC Housing will enter into CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract for Services and Construction with the BC housing Supplementary General Conditions (SGCs). Upon completion of the Construction Procurement Phase of the services and if acceptable to the Owner, the Owner will enter into a Stipulated Price Agreement (using BC Housing Supplementary General Conditions - CCDC5B Construction Management (bchousing.org ) with the Construction Manager (CM) for the Construction Phase of the project based on the Construction Documents prepared by the Consultant. The Contract Price for the Construction Phase and the date for achieving Substantial Performance of the Work will be recorded as an Amendment to the CCDC 5B contract by using Attachment 1 of BC Housing SGCs to CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract. The Contract Price as defined in the SGCs is the sum of the Construction Management Fee for the Work and the Cost of the Work as agreed to at the completion of the Construction Procurement Phase.
