Description
It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified.
This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for Construction Management Services for construction of a 2nd Stage Women’s Transition Housing building to be located in North Region, BC, as further described in Appendix A – Scope of Work.

All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.
Respondents must submit a signed Appendix F – Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on or before the NDA Submission Date Deadline specified in the RFPQ timetable below to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices. No submission will be accepted from respondents who did not submit the signed NDA.
Respondents must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Responses submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
