The City of Salmon Arm is inviting Proposals for a Structural Assessment of Salmon Arm Old Municipal Hall at 31 – Hudson Avenue NE with the major works including the following:
Determine the integrity of the structure, the structural stability of foundation soils, identify possible dangers posed by the structure, and provide cost implications on the best structural intervention for sustainable development of the building. Structural analysis & assessments will address the following:
- Structural integrity of the existing building
- Determination of the root cause for structural problems and recommended solutions
- Detail options to either renovate or demolish the structure in like with recommendations
- Cost estimates for demolitions and the recommended reconstructions, where applicable
The Proposal start date is December 15, 2022

Proposals are scheduled to close at:
Proposal closing time: 2:00pm local time
Proposal closing date: Thursday, January 26, 2023
