RFP 23-1675 Lock, Keys and hardware Service and Repair for Calgary Transit Facilities

Find this Opportunity here: https://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/18294811 The City of Calgary (The City) seeking a qualified firm to provide Locksmith services: 1.Regular, scheduled and emergency response for locks, door and key services, inspection and repairs at The City Facilities2.24/7 service availability to respond to vandalism and access concerns at Calgary Transit facilities to minimize disruption to ongoing LRT/Bus service.3.Supply and/or install of locks, keys, cores and door hardware. Other business units within The City, may utilize this contract, on an as if and when required basis See Appendix F for more details on Deliverables. The City intends to enter into an Agreement with one Proponent for the provision of all components as described above. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The City intends to enter into One (1) Agreement(s) for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a Term of two (2) year(s). The Agreement may be renewed as follows: The Agreement(s) may be renewed, three (3) time(s) for two (2) Year(s) each time, not to exceed a maximum of eight years. The Agreement will not include a POC.
