This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: C7400200 General Contractor for Building and Facilities. The Southland project's primary goal is renovating bus shelters and improve the grade of surrounding concrete. Repairing and renovating Bus Shelter depending on Budgets to make it more functional and structurally safe. Improvements to be made to the shelter in mechanical, electrical areas. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Term is until construction completion, Scheduled Operational Date is 2023/12/30
