RFP 23-1586 Transit LRT_MAX Glass and Door Service and Repair

Store the minimum inventory of glass, see “Table 01- BRT Minimum Glass Inventory” in Appendix G. 2. Response time is expected to be within one business day (24 hours) for non-emergency work and a maximum of two (2) hours for emergency work. 3. Art Glass must be procured within a maximum of 16 weeks, as outlined in Appendix H. 4. Auto door/door service including the operator, button, hardware, and all related components Other business units within The City, may utilize this contract, on an as if and when required basis. Note: This Sourcing Event is closing on 2023-August 4, 4PM MST. See Appendix F for more details on Deliverables. The City intends to enter into an Agreement with one Proponent for the provision of all components as described above. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a Term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed as follows: The Agreement may be renewed, three (3) times for two (2) Year each time, not to exceed a maximum of seven (7) years.
