Program Culture Services

1. This RFSO is open to all interested parties. 2. The City of Calgary is seeking experienced consulting firms to provide program cultural services to The City’s Green Line department. The services are separated into the following two (2) categories: Category A: Organizational effectiveness including the production, implementation and monitoring of a joint program charter, change, education, consultation, and facilitation services; and Category B: Professional development services, professional assessments of team members, executive one-on-one coaching, and team coaching services. Respondents are invited to submit submissions for multiple categories. If a respondent elects to submit a submission for more than one category, respondents should submit the responses to each category that they are responding to as separate files within the submission, clearly labelling the category. 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4.The City intends to invite up to 5 (five) of the highest rated Respondent(s) for each Category to enter into the Master Agreement, which will govern the potential subsequent provision of the Projected Requirements pursuant to an invitational second stage Call-Up Process.
