RFSQ #23.0079 Web Application and Development Consulting and Contracting Services

RFX documents should be obtained from the Bonfire portal at https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca. This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Web Application and Development Consulting and Contracting Services, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County’s Information Technology Services (ITS) department requires support on various web application and web development projects on a temporary basis from time to time to augment the capacity and ability of their staff. The County is seeking 4 qualified respondents with expertise and capacity to assist with or provide ITS web application and development resources as needs arise. Each selected respondent of this RFSQ will be invited to enter into a Master Framework Agreement (Attachment 1) and may be invited to participate in second-stage procurement processes for the procurement of the services that may arise during the term of the Master Framework Agreement (refer to section 2.7 of Evaluation and Selection (Part 2)).
