Forestry and Parks - Notice of Planned Procurement - Campsite Fire Pits and Group Fire Pits

The Request for Quotes (RFQ) # Doc3853592523 was posted on Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) on February 1, 2023 for the supply of campsite fire pits and group fire pits based on specifications provided by Forestry and Parks. The RFQ stated that: “The Goods acquired under this Purchase Agreement are the standard for the Purchaser until March 31, 2026.” The closing date was February 13, 2023 and Antler Hill Welding Services Ltd. was the successful vendor for the Goods acquired. The Goods acquired from Antler Hill Welding Services Ltd. therefore is the standard until March 31, 2026. As per the standard set, a purchase order will be issued to Antler Hill Welding Services Ltd. for the purchase of campsite fire pits and group fire pits on behalf of Forestry and Parks. Antler Hill Welding Services Ltd. is the manufacturer of the quoted Goods. This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement.
